CQA Webinar: Engaging and Monitoring Third-Party Labour Providers
In this webinar, Audit Program Managers from Coles and AUS-MEAT will provide an overview of what good practices are for when engaging and monitoring third-party labour providers. This webinar will focus on organisations in Australia and New Zealand and will cover the following:
- Onboarding third-party labour providers
- Training and induction of third-party labour provider employees
- Ongoing monitoring and checks of third-party labour providers
- Case studies
Coles understands third-party labour hire organisations provide an essential service to Coles suppliers, however they can also introduce human rights and workplace compliance risks. Coles wishes to support our suppliers in reducing these risks through training such as this webinar, our Third-Party Labour Providers Guidance document and ongoing oversight through our Labour Hire Questionnaire.
