Managing Food Fraud and Food Defence using TACCP and VACCP
The food industry sees the safety of its products as its main concern in two distinct groups:
- Malicious activity deliberately intended to cause harm or disrupt an organisation (TACCP)
- Fraudulent activity driven by economically motivated individuals (VACCP).
