Sarah Prasad | Processor Team Leader | ACO Certification Ltd

Sarah has worked at ACO Certification since 2018 mainly in the area of organic certification for food processors. Having qualifications in food technology and manufacturing, she has previously worked in a range of high risk to low risk industries in the quality and food safety management space i.e – Global food safety initiatives, customer retail chain food safety requirements, and has an understanding of domestic legislative and export regulations.

Ruwi Jayasuriya | Senior Certification Officer | ACO Certification Ltd

Ruwi has worked at ACO over the past 3 years across Organic and food safety certification. She has a background in Food Technology, Microbiology and Food safety policy advocacy. Ruwi has worked closely with Coles on the verification program over the past year, and welcomes this opportunity to share information on the requirements of the ACOS.   

Magdalena Maziarz | Certification Officer | ACO Certification Ltd

Magdalena has worked at ACO Certification for over a year in the food processor team. She has a Master Degree in Food Science and Nutrition and has an experience in managing restaurants and food safety regulations for hospitality. Magdalena is involved in organic verification program for Coles.
