About The Presenter:
Melissa Maher joined Coles in 2017 and is currently responsible for leading Coles’ in-house ethical sourcing audit program, including its training and education strategy. Prior to this, she was responsible for managing Coles’ store audit program, which provided assurance over safety and legal risks for a network of over 1,800 Supermarkets, Liquor stores and Distribution Centres.
Melissa is passionate about helping suppliers to understand and manage their ethical sourcing risks so they can meet their compliance requirements and is especially excited to talk about all things fire safety!
