Product Labelling and Weight Control
Incorrect weights and labels still contribute to a high percentage of rejections, withdrawals and, in some cases, food safety recalls through the Coles Supply chain. This webinar is designed to highlight the key elements of weight control for manufactured foods and produce. We will talk specifically about labelling of weight on pack, tare weights, the UTML and AQS Systems and where they are applicable for ColesOwn Branded Products. We will also include some examples of recent recalls and withdrawals associated with underweight or mislabelled weight. This webinar will be interactive with opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge and of course ask questions.
