Tip Top have been on a journey to transform their FS&Q Culture into a strong interdependent culture, away from being solely compliance focused and they have seen significant benefits across the business. About The Presenters:

Nicci Harrison is the Operations Director at Tip Top. She joined Tip Top as Customer Service Manager in 2005 and over 16 years has moved through several different roles and functions including Procurement, in both New Zealand and Australia; and then Regional Operations Manager for Chilled & Frozen Division. Nicci then moved back to New Zealand as GM of Operations leading the team to deliver significant capital investment and change projects for the business.  While in the GM Operations role in New Zealand, Nicci completed MBA over four years, and then returned to Australia as the Operations Director for Tip Top ANZ.

Peter Leong is the Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, ANZ at Tip Top. He joined Tip Top in 2016 and has over 25 years of food safety, quality and consumer affairs experiences in various food industries working with manufacturing sites and markets across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and North America.  Before the baking industry, Peter has had experiences in cereal, coffee, fats and oils and confectionery industries holding various responsibilities in food safety, quality, ingredient research and application.
