Leah has had a variety of roles like Technical Manager, Trainer, Auditor, QA, R&D, Regulatory Affairs & Mentor.
Leah is a passionate advocate for food safety as a central pillar to success for the Australian Food Industry, and has extended her early research and tertiary studies into functional management at senior leadership level roles across a number of successful Australian manufacturing and retail companies. Leah’s career has been characterised by continual learning and success for both herself and the teams she was part off, while mentoring others to reach their full potential.
In 2016 Leah was the recipient of the Ross Peters Award for Excellence in Food Safety which is awarded to recognise and reward the achievements of those who work tirelessly to ensure the safety of our food supply.
In 2020 Leah was also in the top 5 finalists out of 22,500 women nominated for the Telstra Australian Businesswoman of the year recognising the most outstanding women who are disrupting the way we do business.
