Bill Wall is the Lead Sustainable Sourcing Manager (Seafood) at Coles, where he leads and executes the sustainable seafood strategy overall. He has worked at the intersection of seafood sustainability and retail for over 15 years. Bill completed a Bachelor of Technology (Aquaculture) at Flinders University, Adelaide & Diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of California, Berkeley. He currently serves on the steering committee for the National GS1 Traceability Advisory Group (NGTAG).
Anna Svasek | Specification Technologist – Quality & Technical Standards | Coles
Anna is part of the Supplier Management Team and works with the supplier base and Coles technologists to ensure that specifications are a complete and accurate reflection of the products sold by Coles. Anna completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Food Technology & Nutrition) at RMIT University and the Diploma of Packaging Technology through PIABC as part of the AIP & APPMA AIP 2012 scholarship program.
