Lauren has worked in the food and agricultural industry her whole career and has spent the last 10+ years at Coles across several roles including supply chain, buying and responsible sourcing. Lauren oversees the programs for key high risk commodities including seafood, coffee, tea, cocoa, timber, pulp and paper, palm oil, soy as well as animal welfare.
