Mabel leads Coles Ethical Sourcing Program in relation to our Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) and Services suppliers and Retail (Non-Food), covering activities in procurement, property, construction, and health & home. Prior to Coles, Mabel has over 15 years’ experience in sustainability, ethical sourcing, and human rights advisory.
Steph Farrugia | Ethical Sourcing Operations and Governance Manager
Steph is Coles’ Ethical Sourcing Operations and Governance Manager. Steph leads Coles Ethical Sourcing Governance activities, as well as the Ethical Sourcing Program in relation to our Food and Beverage supply chains. Steph has more than 10 years’ experience in ethical sourcing across supply chains in food and non-food FMCG.
