At Coles, we are committed to sourcing our goods and services ethically and responsibly. As part of working with Coles, our suppliers and business partners are required to communicate Coles’ Ethical Sourcing Policy and Program requirements to their own supply chains and ensure these requirements are integrated in relevant supplier operations.

This webinar is relevant for suppliers, aggregators and agents that make up our goods not for resale, goods for resale and labour/services supply chains.

Mabel Wong | Ethical Sourcing Operations Manager

Mabel is Coles’ Ethical Sourcing Operations Manager. Mabel leads Coles Ethical Sourcing Program in relation to our Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) and Services suppliers and Retail (Non-Food), covering activities in procurement, property, construction, and health & home. Prior to Coles, Mabel has over 15 years’ experience in sustainability, ethical sourcing, and human rights advisory.

Steph Farrugia | Ethical Sourcing Operations and Governance Manager

Steph is Coles’ Ethical Sourcing Operations and Governance Manager. Steph leads Coles Ethical Sourcing Governance activities, as well as the Ethical Sourcing Program in relation to our Food and Beverage supply chains. Steph has more than 10 years’ experience in ethical sourcing across supply chains in food and non-food FMCG.
