In this webinar we will provide an overview that combines the latest information on Country of Origin (CoO) legislation, Coles-specific requirements and Fusion system updates.
The Country of Origin Food Labelling Information Standard 2016 remains the key legislative framework, enforced under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
As of 2025, there have been no major legislative changes, but enforcement and clarity around “substantial transformation” and percentage of Australian ingredients continue to be focal points.
