This webinar, Coles New Meat Governance Process for Own Branded Products, will be looking at 03.03.01 Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry Production and Sourcing Requirements.  As part of the “win together” strategy, Coles is working to improve the governance and sourcing processes underpinning our market leading meat claims and standards. The Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry Production and Sourcing Requirements have been updated to include several new sourcing processes and Fusion requirements.

Lauren has been with Coles in various roles for the past 8 year and has held the position of Responsible Sourcing Manager – Agriculture since 2017. In this role Lauren is responsible for driving agricultural policies, programs and initiatives for Coles Branded products.
