Through its Ethical Sourcing Program, Coles has seen some strong examples of these practices in its supply base and identified some areas of opportunity.

Mabel is Coles’ Ethical Sourcing Operations Manager (Non-Retail). Mabel leads Coles Ethical Sourcing Program in relation to our Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) and Services suppliers, covering activities in procurement, property and construction.
Brooke is Coles’ Ethical Sourcing Analyst who has supported a number of different business areas. She has spent the last two years at Coles supporting suppliers to comply with our Ethical Sourcing Program and is passionate about ensuring suppliers have the tools to continuously improve.
