Embedding Ethical Sourcing into your Business

There is a growing public expectation on businesses to ensure they have effective due diligence practices in place to meet their corporate responsibility to protect human rights. Through its Ethical Sourcing Program, Coles has seen some strong examples of these practices in its supply base and identified some areas of opportunity.

In this webinar we will share learnings relevant to our suppliers who manage multiple sites, or suppliers who engage subcontractors to carry out their operations. We will discuss the policies and procedures you should have in place to safeguard human rights in your business and some of the risks you should look out for. We will share the best practice we have seen and some of the common areas for improvement.
