As part of our Ethical Sourcing Program, in partnership with our suppliers, over 4,900 major and critical non-conformances were remediated throughout FY-2023. This webinar will be presented by our Audit Program Manager and Ethical Sourcing Specialist to further support suppliers and sites in Australia in understanding common non-conformances and provide training of how these can be prevented or remediated effectively, within required timeframes. Types of non-conformances that will be covered include:
- Health, safety and hygiene
- Wages and working hours
- Recruitment and labour hire

Ali has managed Coles Third Party audit program in last 2 years, helping more than 500 audits to be planned and conducted, he has trained and upskilled auditors that were involved in this program and was part of Coles webinars to help suppliers in preparing for their audits.

Michelle has over 9 years’ experience within the Ethical Sourcing industry working in major FMCG organisations and consultancy. Michelle’s strength is in working in collaboration with stakeholders to support prevention, mitigation and remediation.
