As part of our Ethical Sourcing Program, in partnership with our suppliers, over 4,900 major and critical non-conformances were remediated throughout FY-2023. This webinar will be presented by our Audit Program Manager and Ethical Sourcing Specialist to further support suppliers and sites in Australia in understanding common non-conformances and provide training of how these can be prevented or remediated effectively, within required timeframes. Types of non-conformances that will be covered include:
- Health, safety and hygiene
- Wages and working hours
- Recruitment and labour hire
We see audits as a core and effective element of our ethical sourcing response. They are effective when implemented as part of broader due diligence activities such as training. Further training for suppliers and sites can be found on Ethical Sourcing at Coles | Coles Quality Academy.
