Coles & ACO Certification Ltd. want to continually support Organic producers and suppliers. We invite you to the first of a series of training sessions we’re looking to run throughout the year, to provide clarity on the National Organic and Biodynamic Standard, and provide a space for you to ask your questions on the Standard

This first session will run on December 7th from 3:00pm AEDT, and will cover the following topics:
• Interpreting the National Organic and Biodynamic Standard
• Weed matting for fresh produce production
• Protective cropping & organics

Please come with your questions about the standard and we will do our best to answer.

Chelsea Ricato | Processor Team | ACO Certification
Chelsea has been a part of the Processor team at ACO Certification for over a year. She studied Food Science and Nutrition during her undergraduate degree and is currently studying Dietetics while continuing her work for ACO.

Georgia Limn| Processor Team Leader | ACO Certification
Georgia has been with ACO Certification for just over 3 years. Georgia started at ACO as a Certification Officer after graduating with a Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition. Georgia started her role as Team Leader of the processor team in July 2022. Georgia is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Wine Science

Michael Holford| Producer Team Leader | ACO Certification
Michael is the Producer Certification Team Leader for ACO. Michael has been with ACO for most of the last 11 years. He also has experience prior to/outside of the organic industry in biosecurity, agricultural field research, and horticultural crop monitoring/IPM consulting.
