Natalie Shaw first joined Coles through the Coles Graduate scheme in 2018, performing roles in both the merchandise and responsible sourcing teams. Natalie discovered a passion for all things responsible sourcing and is now a highly regarded subject matter expert in the packaging space within the Own Brand Responsible Sourcing Team at Coles. Natalie works closely with our Own Brand Product Developers and Technical team and our suppliers to ensure our product packaging is best in class!
Pooja Nayak | Sustainable Packaging Technologist | Coles Group
Pooja Nayak is a Chemical Engineer who has worked previously as a consultant to small and medium sized businesses. She joined the Coles team in January 2022 as a Packaging Technologist for the Fresh Produce Department, overseeing non-recyclable packaging with the goal of achieving recyclable and sustainable packaging across all Fresh Produce products. She is passionate about packaging design and the creation of a circular economy, all while navigating the industry’s difficult-to-recycle components. Pooja is the point of contact for all fresh produce suppliers seeking packaging advice and assistance.
