Jennifer is the Supplier, Audit & Compliance Manager at Coles who’s responsibilities include managing the Coles Supplier Standards (both food and non-food) and the specialist Coles auditing team. In doing so Jennifer and her team help ensure Own Brand suppliers deliver the best products for their customers. Jennifer has worked globally in a variety of roles within the food industry for over 30 years. Her diverse background has seen her in a wide range of roles: Meat Inspector, Microbiologist, Quality Manager, Product Technologist, Auditor and, the manager for an amazing team of Auditors. While Jennifer’s experience covers most of all major food groups, her particular passion lies with the meat and produce industries and in high risk foods.
